Truth be told, I have been so unconscious in times of my life that I sit here some days now, baffled at how unaware I was. ​I do not doubt that in another ten years, I will look back again and wonder how I possibly operated in that way.

But here we are...

Today is the day. Only today is the moment; now is the choice. ​Healing does not mean - waving the magic wand and, POOF, you're healed.

 

 Healing is a journey, a lifestyle. 

​

I began energy healing because I was interested in spirituality. I didn't realise it was going to transform lives. At the time, I was enjoying communicating with a divine unseen force. 

​

However, the more I worked with people, the more I realised this was more than just energy play; this was helping people shift awareness, deepen their self-love, and open their ability to receive.

 

This was guided support for personal healing and spiritual awakening. 

​

I quickly found that the more people I helped, the more I needed to discover. I found Energy Healing, Counselling / Social science, Rapid Transformation Therapy, and Meditation helped me to support the person's mindset and hold space for their hearts. 

 

I then discovered Breathwork, and everything suddenly made sense. 

 

We spend all our time searching for answers, trying to figure it all out, and not feeling adequate, but when we start breathing consciously, connected in a way that opens the heart and expands the mind, all of the answers are suddenly available. 

 

Breathwork combined with energy healing is a spiritually activating practice that supports people in living in their authentic truth and healing hidden unconscious programs damaging their desire to live their best lives.

Breathwork is the portal that opens one to one's soul desires. Energy Awareness is the practice that keeps it in balance. 

​

I support people in tuning into their body wisdom, letting go of limiting stories, and rewiring their brains.

With over 20 years of experience working closely with clients from all walks of life, I have guided hundreds of women and men through some of their most challenging moments. It is my greatest joy to help those drawn to work with me to become their most authentic and elevated selves, using my spiritual connection to encourage their inner beauty to shine.

I specialize in helping people who feel they have reached the limits of their emotional endurance by creating a safe space for deep healing and release.

I aim to create deep and nourishing relationships with my clients, who often become very dear to me. While I help people from all sorts of circumstances, I have seen a common trend among the clients I seem to attract.

I have helped many women reconnect with their feminine energy, heal from narcissistic relationships, release trauma from their bodies, feel safe in their bodies, and trust in their inner guidance that becomes louder through heart reconnection and trust in love.

The men I see often seek a reconnection to hope and a connection to their hearts' vulnerability, which significantly helps with relationship connection. They value space to release heavy mental burdens while feeling a surge of energy and power through the breathwork practice.

It has been a personal and therapeutic journey through spiritual healing and energy connection supported by various spiritual masters and teachers, who have consistently shown up for me at the perfect time and helped me become a more enlightened healer.
