• All potential clients must undergo pre-screening, including in the complimentary 'meet and greet.' 

• This meet-and-greet allows us to become acquainted and determine if this work is the best fit for you. 

• I offer ONE Meet & Greet Per Person. This session is designed for us to get to know each other and find the best approach for you. You are not obligated to continue working with me beyond this session. 

• If you schedule a meet-and-greet with me and fail to show up without considering my time, you will be given one more opportunity, and the doors will be closed.

• I request payment in advance, as the healing begins before we meet in person.

• I am available online for those who cannot meet me up close and personal; however, up close and personal is the best feeling.​

• I can travel to you for a fee. The fee includes time and petrol costs: $1 per km plus $50 per hour. 

• Cancellation of sessions and contracted work grants a 7-day grace window in which you can change your mind and receive a full refund minus any work performed and $100 for admin.

• After this time, there will be a 50% refund policy for cancelled contracts within 14 days.

• Beyond 14 days, no refund is available.

• It is uncommon for clients to cancel contracts. However, life sometimes has other plans, so I allow for a window of opportunity for cancellation.

• Our work is confidential except when harm to self or others is a cause for concern, in which case the obligation to report overrides this. 

• No sexual advances or abuse will be tolerated. 

• I have space for just a few clients at any one time and am currently booked out in advance for one month; therefore, you may need to go on the waiting list before you receive treatment. Please get in touch with me if the matter is urgent. I do my best to see as many clients as I can in the time that I have available. 

• I prefer text messages unless you have a profound question, request, or need clarification. Then, a phone call is always best.
